Hanwha Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A088350) agreed to acquire Data Analytics Lab Co., Ltd. from Hanwha Investment & Securities Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A003530) for KRW 6.4 billion on February 19, 2021. Under the terms of transaction, Hanwha Life Insurance will acquire 2 million shares of Data Analytics Lab at a purchase price of KRW 3200 per share. The transaction is expected to be completed in March 2021.
Hanwha Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A088350) cancelled the acquisition of Data Analytics Lab Co., Ltd. from Hanwha Investment & Securities Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A003530) on April 1, 2021. Considering the conditions of the ongoing business and the possibility of changes in the data-related system, Hanwha Investment & Securities Co., Ltd. and Hanwha Life Insurance Co., Ltd. have agreed not to enter into a stock sales contract. The Board resolved to suspend the transaction on April 1, 2021.
