Hansol Holdings Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A004150) agreed to acquire 18.53% stake in Hansol Logistics Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A009180) for KRW15.6 billion on May 21, 2024. The transaction is expected to close on June 10, 2024.

Hansol Logistics Co., Ltd, formerly Hansol CSN Co., Ltd., is a Korea-based company engaged in the integrated logistics business. The Company operates its business mainly through three divisions: third party logistics (TPL) division, e-logistics division and consulting services division. Its TPL division provides domestic logistics services, such as transportation, storage, stevedoring, as well as international logistics services, including ocean, air and road freight forwarding services. Its e-logistics division provides e-logistics services through real time information monitoring systems, logistics information management systems and others. Its consulting services division provides logistics consulting services, supply chain management (SCM) consulting services, and information technology (IT) and engineering consulting services.
