Hans Energy Company Limited Appoints Chung Chak Man, William as Independent Non-Executive Director and Member of Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee

The Board of Hans Energy Company Limited announced that Mr. Chung Chak Man, William has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company and a member of the nomination committee, remuneration committee and audit committee of the Board with effect from 15 March 2022. Since January 2021, Mr. Chung has been the vice chairman of Bravo Transport Services Limited.
