APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Reference is made to the announcement of Hanison Construction Holdings Limited (the "Company") dated 20 July 2020.

The board of directors (the "Board") of the Company announces that Ms. Ma Lai King has been appointed as the company secretary of the Company with effect from 23 July 2020. Ms. Ma holds a professional diploma in company secretaryship and administration and a bachelor's degree in accountancy from City

University of Hong Kong. She also holds a bachelor's degree in law from the University of London. Ms.

Ma is a member of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and The Chartered Governance Institute (formerly The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators). She has extensive experience in the field of company secretarial services.

The Board would like to extend its warm welcome to Ms. Ma on her appointment.
