Halloren Schokoladenfabrik AG is a Germany-based manufacturer of chocolate products. The Company focuses on the production of industrial chocolate products and operates through four segments: The Halloren Brand segment produces Hallorenkugel, a chocolate globe that is available in many flavor variants; the Chocolaterie segment offers a broad range of chocolate products; the Confiserie segment provides confectionary products, and the Industrial Production segment produces products for industrial resale. The Company's portfolio comprises more than 180 chocolate products, including chocolate bars, marzipan specialties, chocolate coated and candied jellies, rum balls, as well as coconut flakes. In addition, it offers seasonal products. The Company operates through subsidiaries in Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium.
