1. Appointment of Mr Rathakrishnan Vijandran as Independent Director

1. The Board of Directors (the "Board") of P5 Capital Holdings Ltd. (the "Company") wishes to announce the appointment of Mr Rathakrishnan Vijandran ("Mr Rathakrishnan") as Independent Director of the Company with effect from 9 December 2021.
2. The detailed template announcement pursuant to Rule 704(6) of Listing Manual Section B: Rules of Catalist of the SGX-ST, in relation to the appointment of Mr Rathakrishnan has been separately announced on the SGXNET.
