It offers a range of wines, including Blanc de Blancs, which is made using Chardonnay; Blanc de Noirs, which is made using Pinot Noir; Brut Reserve, which includes a combination of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier; Rose, which is made from a blend of estate-grown Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier. It grows Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes across the Gusbourne Estate, with about 60 hectares in Appledore, Kent and 30 hectares next to the Goodwood Estate in West Sussex.
