Guizhou Redstar Developing Co.,Ltd. approved a cash dividend of CNY 0.260 per ten shares (tax included) for the year 2014, at its 2014 annual general meeting held on May 20, 2015.
The company announced that at the meeting elected Ji Chengyou, Gao Yuefei, Liu Zhengtao, Wen Xia, Liu Zhilong and Wan Yang as directors; and Li Zijun, Zhang Zaihong and Huang Wei as independent directors.
The company also approved the amendments to the company's articles of association (2015 revision).
Guizhou Redstar Developing Co Ltd is a China-based company principally engaged in the research and development, production and sales of barium salts, strontium salts and manganese series products. Barium salt products mainly include multi-specification special barium carbonate, various types of barium sulfate, high-purity barium carbonate, high-purity barium chloride, and high-purity barium nitrate. Strontium salt products mainly include strontium carbonate, strontium nitrate, strontium chloride, and hydroxide. Strontium, high-purity strontium carbonate, and manganese products mainly include EMD, high-purity manganese sulfate and other products for primary batteries and lithium batteries.
