Guangzhou Sunray Marketing Planning Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 80 million in equity round of funding on October 26, 2021. The transaction will include participation from existing investor Guangdong Brandmax Marketing Co.,Ltd. to retain its 100% stake. The transaction has been announced in the twenty-second meeting of the second Board of Directors and the fifteenth meeting of the second Board of Supervisors.
Guangdong Brandmax Marketing Co., Ltd. is a China-based company mainly engaged in the experience marketing integrated services business. The Company's business includes planning, execution, monitoring and feedback services for marketing activities such as interactive display, retail terminal management and brand communication. Interactive display services include auto shows, mobile tour shows and experience devices. Retail terminal management services include promotion management, tally management and sales representative management. Brand communication business includes brand planning and creative services, media placement, public relations services and regional marketing. The Company mainly operates its business in the domestic market.
