An excellent year 2017 revenue up 12.7%

Above € 2.4 billion revenue

For the third year in a row, Group CRIT delivered a double digit growth with revenue of € 2 418.2 million rising by 12.7% compared to last year. On a like-for-like perimeter basis and constant forex, YTD revenue grew by 8.5%.

In France (75.7% of total group), the Group confirms its dynamic with a YTD revenue organic growth of 9.8% to € 1 830 million. International revenue grew by 23.1 % to € 588.3 million (up 4.0% on a like-for-like perimeter basis and constant forex).

The fourth quarter contributed to this performance with revenue amounting to € 615.9 million up almost 11% compared to Q4 2016.

Staffing & recruitment division: strong performance in France and abroad

With revenue growth of 10.7%, the Staffing & recruitment division exceeded for the first time the 2 billion at € 2 026.3 million (1).

Q4 contributed to this strong performance with revenue growing by 8.6% to € 517.5 million.

France: strong organic growth

With € 1 526.2 million in YTD revenue, French operations recorded an organic growth of 9.6% in a market growing by 11.5% (11 months ended November, source Prism'emploi). Fourth quarter French activities grew by 9.3% to € 397.4 million. This constitutes an excellent performance after the strong increase of almost 14% recorded in Q4 2016.

International growth up 14.5%: above € 500 million revenue

International operations annual revenue amounted to € 500.1 million, posting an increase of 14.5% (up 4.5% on a like-for-like perimeter basis and constant forex). Q4 international activities increased by 6.5% to € 120.2 million.

In the United-States, YTD revenue amounted to € 328.6 million, rising by 15.3%. This growth is driven by the latest acquisitions. On a like-for-like perimeter basis and constant forex, YTD activity in the zone remained stable.

Spanish operations continued their growth momentum with YTD revenue of € 122.6 million, posting an organic growth up 16.4%.

Multi-services division: up 23.4%

Multi-services division annual revenue amounted to € 412.7 million (1) rising by 23.4% (up 9.3% on a like-for-like perimeter basis and constant forex). Q4 revenue grew by 23.6% to € 104.7 million (up 9.5% on a like-for-like perimeter basis and constant forex).

In Airport services (76.2% of activity of the division),YTD revenue increased by 28.5% to € 314.6 million (up 9.3% on a like-for-like perimeter basis and constant forex). French activities grew strongly with YTD organic growth revenue up 11.3% to € 226.4 million. Q4 revenue grew by 11.4% organically.

International Airport activity benefits from the integration of Cobalt Ground Solutions, n°3 in ground handling services at London Heathrow airport, acquired December 31th 2016. The integration of this company doubles the annual international airport revenue to € 88 million.

Outlook

The strong 2017 revenue will positively impact the full year results.

For 2018, all the indicators are positive.

In France, the group should continue to fully benefit from the good conditions in markets demand.

On international markets, the perspectives are also favorable both for the Staffing and the Multi-services divisions.
