The board (the "Board") of directors of Greenland Hong Kong Holdings Limited (the "Company") announces that Mr. Reynold Hung has tendered his resignation as the authorized representative ("Authorized Representative") of the Company for the acceptance of service of process and notices on behalf of the Company in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) with effect from 23 June 2017.

The Board is pleased to announce that Mr. Lee Sheung Yee has been appointed in place of Mr. Reynold Hung to act jointly with Ms. Chan Wai Mei as the Authorized Representatives of the Company under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) with effect from 23 June 2017.
