Graco Inc. reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2012. For the quarter, the company reported net sales of $253,678,000 against $215,594,000 for the same period last year. Operating earnings were $57,902,000 against $47,388,000 for the same period last year. Earnings before income taxes were $58,662,000 against $43,724,000 for the same period last year. Net earnings were $42,262,000 or $0.68 per diluted share against $30,424,000 or $0.50 per diluted share for the same period last year.
