(SZSE:300098), Chongqing Yunshi Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd and Hainan New Intelligent Cloud Technology Center (Limited Partnership) on February 28, 2024. After the completion of this transaction, the sellers will hold 26.7518%, 1.2667% and 1.0280% of the equity of Guangzhou Turing respectively.
