(the "Company") hereby announces as follows that, at the Company's Board of Directors meeting held on September 22, 2022, the Company resolved to call an extraordinary shareholders meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on November 24, 2022 (the "Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting") and to fix the record date for the calling of such meeting.
