Angelo, Gordon & Co., L.P. and IBA Capital Partners acquired Barajas 1 building in Madrid from GMP Property SOCIMI, S.A. (BME:YGMP) for €37.5 million on March 7, 2019. Cushman & Wakefield acted as technical advisors to Angelo, Gordon & Co., L.P. and IBA Capital Partners. Cushman & Wakefield acted as technical advisor and Uría acted as legal advisor to Angelo, Gordon & Co., L.P. and IBA Capital Partners. CBRE acted as the exclusive advisor to GMP Property SOCIMI, S.A.

GMP Property SOCIMI SA, formerly GMP Sociedad de Inversiones Inmobiliarias SA is a Spain-based company primarily engaged in the commercial Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) operations. The Company specializes in the land acquisition and management, property promotion, as well as real estate investment, development and management.
