GMA Network, Inc. announced the results of the organizational meeting of the Board held on May 18, 2016 to elect and appoint Officers and members of the Board Committees. The company appointed Felipe L. Gozon as Chairman and CEO; Gilberto R. Duavit, Jr. as President and COO; Felipe S. Yalong as Executive Vice President and CFO; Marissa L. Flores as SVP - News and Public Affairs; Ronaldo P. Mastrili as SVP - Finance and ICT; Lilybeth G. Rasonable as SVP - Entertainment TV; Elvis B. Ancheta as SVP - Engineering Group and Lizelle G. Maralag as SVP - Chief Marketing Officer.
