The Board of Directors of Globe Telecom, Inc. has approved the medical leave of absence of Co-Vice Chairman of the Board, Mr. Fernando Zobel de Ayala and his resignation as member of the Executive Committee and the Compensation and Remuneration Committee to focus on his health, effective September 1, 2022. The Board has elected Mr. Cezar P. Consing as member of the Executive Committee and the Compensation and Remuneration Committee to serve the unexpired term Mr. Fernando Zobel de Ayala or until the next organizational meeting following annual stockholders' meeting in 2023, effective September 1, 2022. Mr. Fernando Zobel de Ayala remains a member of Board.
