Global-Estate Resorts, Inc. announced that at its AGM held on June 28, 2018, the company elected Jesus B. Varela as Lead Independent director and Marie Emelyn Gertrudes C. Martinez as head of legal. The company also approved the appointment of Dr. Andrew L. Tan as chairman of the executive committee, Monica T. Salomon, Lourdes T. Gutierrez- Alfonso and Wilbur L. Chan as members of the executive committee, Cresencio P. Aquino as chairman of the audit committee, Jesus B. Varela and Kevin Andrew L.Tan as members of the audit committee, Jesus B. Varela as chairman of the corporate governance committee, Cresencio P. Aquino and Kevin Andrew L.Tan as members of corporate governance committee.
Global-Estate Resorts, Inc. is a Philippines-based company, which is primarily engaged in the development of integrated tourism and leisure estates and integrated lifestyle communities consisting of residential, retail, hotel and/or leisure components in natural resort settings.
