The Board of Directors Meeting of Global Connections Public Company Limited has the resolution to approve the appointment of Mr. Thanee Puttipanpluck to be Director, Independent Director and Audit Committee in replacing of resigning director. The resolution will be effective from January 1, 2016 onward.
