§ 1
Pursuant to § 20.5 of the Exchange Articles of Association, the Exchange Management Board resolves to revoke Resolution No. 967/2013 of the Exchange Management Board dated 20 August 2013 concerning a special designation of the shares of the company DOM MAKLERSKI IDM S.A. (currently IDM S.A.) on the WSE Main List.
§ 2
This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
