of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 4 January 2012
concerning the introduction to exchange trading in the WSE Main List of bearer bonds WIG20 Premium notes, series number SA-152, issued by SecurAsset S.A. with its seat at Luxembourg
§ 1
Pursuant to § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the WSE Rules the WSE
Management Board resolves as follows:
1) to introduce as of 9 January 2012 by way of an ordinary
procedure to exchange trading in the parallel market
367,048 bearer bonds WIG20 Premium notes, series number
SA-152, a par value PLN 100 each, with Exercise Date 3 July
2014, issued by SecurAsset S.A. with its seat at
Luxembourg, registration and their coding as "XS0686006932"
by the National Depository for Securities,
2) to list the notes issued by SecurAsset S.A., mentioned
in point 1) above, in the single-price auction system with
two auctions, under the abbreviated name "BZWPR0714".
§ 2
This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
