Gielda Papierów Wartosciowych w Warszawie S.A. announced that the Polish Financial Supervision Authority at its meeting on 13 July 2018 approved the changes on the Exchange Management Board concerning the appointment of Mrs. Izabela Olszewska and Mr. Piotr Borowski to the Exchange Management Board as the Members of the Exchange Management Board. Furthermore, GPW announces that the aforementioned changes in the composition of the Exchange Management Board will take effect on the date when the decision of the KNF approving the changes in the composition of the Exchange Management Board becomes legally valid, but not earlier than 1 August 2018.
Gielda Papierow Wartosciowych w Warszawie SA (Warsaw Stock Exchange, GPW) is a Poland-based stock exchange.
