MERCATOR MEDICAL (Resolution No. 43/2014)

Resolution No. 43/2014
of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
dated 15 January 2014

concerning the introduction to exchange trading on the WSE Main List
of series A2, B, C, D2 and E bearer ordinary shares
of the company MERCATOR MEDICAL S.A.

§ 1

Pursuant to § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the WSE Rules and § 2.1 of Division 4 of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in UTP, the WSE Management Board resolves as follows:

1) to introduce as of 17 January 2014 by way of an ordinary procedure to exchange trading on the main market the following series bearer ordinary shares of the company MERCATOR MEDICAL S.A. a par value PLN 1 each, conditional on the registration of the shares and their coding as "PLMRCTR00015" by the National Depository for Securities on 17 January 2014:
a) 12,900 series A2 shares,
b) 1,500,000 series B shares,
c) 160,850 series C shares,
d) 702,050 series D2 shares,
e) 2,160,850 series E shares;

2) to list the shares of the company MERCATOR MEDICAL S.A., mentioned in point 1), in the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name "MERCATOR" and the code "MRC".

§ 2

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
