Resolution No. 93/2014
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 27 January 2014

concerning the admission to exchange trading in the WSE Main List of
series A, B, C and D bearer ordinary shares
of the company MEDICALGORITHMICS S.A.

§ 1

Pursuant to § 3.1, § 3.2, § 3.5 and § 3.6 of the WSE Rules, the WSE Management Board resolves to admit to exchange trading in the main market as of 3 February 2014 the following bearer ordinary shares of the company MEDICALGORITHMICS S.A. a par value PLN 0.10 each:
1) 1,747,200 series A shares,
2) 508,200 series B shares,
3) 236,926 series C shares,
4) 929,600 series D shares.

§ 2

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
