of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board

In accordance with the Resolution 46/2014 of 15 January 2014, on 16 January 2014 on the WSE Parallel Market shall be introduced to exchange trading structured certificates issued by ING Bank N.V.
The structured certificates are issued in 17 series.
Basic information concerning the certificates is presented in the enclosed table.
Detailed information as regards the instruments is presented in their base prospectus and final terms which shall be available on the WSE website by the day preceding the date of introduction to trade.
