Resolution No. 7/2013
of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
dated 3 January 2013

concerning determining the last trading date on the WSE Main List of the rights to series C bearer ordinary shares of the company ALIOR BANK S.A.

§ 1

Pursuant to § 44 of Chapter 1 of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules, the WSE Management Board determines 4 January 2013 as the last trading date of 12,332,965 rights to series C bearer ordinary shares of the company ALIOR BANK S.A,. a par value PLN 10 each, coded as "PLALIOR00052" by the National Depository for Securities.

§ 2

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
