The Company's divisions include Real estate listing and sales, Property Management and Commercial Real Estate for legal cannabis cultivation. The Company is involved in listing and selling real property. It also generates commissions on sales of property where the Company serves as buyer agent. The Company trains its agents to prospect for listings, obtain listing contracts, and convert the IVR (integrated voice response) phone leads into buy-side contracts. The Company also operates a division that provides tenant finder leasing services, property management services, and financial and reporting and maintenance services to Denver area landowners and investors. The Company, through its subsidiary, HMTF Cannabis Holdings, Inc., acquires and generates income from real property suited to the legal cultivation of marijuana.
