The directors have pleasure to present their annual report and the audited consolidated financial statements of the Company and its subsidiaries for the year ended 31 December, 2015 which were approved by the Board of Directors at the date of this Report.

1. PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BUSINESS

   Famous Commercial Limited (the "Company") is a company incorporated and domiciled in Hong Kong and has its registered office and principal place of business at 5/F., Heng Shan Centre, 145 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong.

2. PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES

   The Company continues in holding investments in subsidiaries, associates and joint ventures. The principal activities and other particulars of the subsidiaries, associates and joint ventures are set out in notes 12, 13 and 14 to the consolidated financial statements respectively.

3. RESULTS AND APPROPRIATIONS

   The results of the Group for the year ended 31 December, 2015 are set out in the consolidated financial statements on page 6.

   The directors do not recommend the payment of any dividend for the year ended 31 December, 2015 (2014 : Nil).

4. SHARE ISSUED IN THE YEAR

   No additional share has been issued during the year.
