Announcement of Revisions to the Articles of Association The Board of Directors of the Company and all its directors hereby warrant that there are no false representations, misleading statements or material omission in this announcement, and they individually and collectively accept full responsibility for the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of the contents contained herein.

On 26 December 2016, the Company had completed the procedures of registration for the change in shareholdings with China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. Shanghai Branch in respect of the exercise of share options. The exercise of share options had led to an increase of 12,782,400 shares in the share capital and an increase of RMB 12,782,400.00 in the registered capital of the Company. The Company has made revisions to certain provisions of the Articles of Association pursuant to the mandate granted at the First Extraordinary General Meeting of 2010, the details of which are as follows:

Article 6 The registered capital of the Company is RMB 4,500,849,372.00. Article 19 The total number of shares of the Company is 4,500,849,372 shares.

The shareholding structure of the company is as follows: 4,500,849,372 ordinary shares.

Current Revisions:

Article 6 The registered capital of the Company is RMB 4,513,631,772.00. Article 19 The total number of shares of the Company is 4,513,631,772 shares.

The shareholding structure of the company is as follows: 4,513,631,772 ordinary shares.

The revised Articles of Association of the Company has been published on the website of the Shanghai Stock Exchange on the same date.
