geechs inc. (TSE:7060) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 400,000 shares, representing 3.79% of its issued share capital, for ¥300 million. The purpose of the plan is to enhance shareholders return and improve capital efficiency.
The plan will be valid till April 28, 2023. As of December 31, 2022, the company had 10,542,729 shares in issue(excluding treasury stock) and 40,151 shares in treasury.
