PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES
Rome, January 3, 2014 - Pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholders' Meeting of April 18, 2013, Gruppo Editoriale L'Espresso S.p.A. announces that, on December 23, 2013, it acquired 15,000 of its own shares at an average price of 1.3545 euros per share, for a total of about 20,000 euros.
