PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES
Rome, January 28, 2013 - Pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholders' Meeting of 23rd April 2012, Gruppo Editoriale L'Espresso S.p.A. announces that, on January 24, 2013, it acquired 55,000 of its own shares at an average price of 0.9909 euros per share, for a total of about 54,000 euros.
