GE T&D India Limited Declares Dividend for the Financial Year Ended on March 31, 2019; Approves Board Changes

GE T&D India Limited declared a dividend of INR 1.80 per equity share for the financial year ended on March 31, 2019, at its annual general meeting held on July 24, 2019.

The company also approved the appointment of Mr. Vishal K Wanchoo in place of Mr. Stephane Cai, who retired by rotation, at its annual general meeting held on July 24, 2019.
