Negotiations launch - AIM Italia / MACInto Today, 473,000 shares have been traded on the open market, for a value equivalent of 670,000 Euro.
Admission to the listing took place as a result of the placement of n. 4,449,000 ordinary shares. The total value of funds, raised through the operation, entirely in capital increase, amounts to approximately 7.1 million Euro.
Upon execution of the placement, the share capital of Gambero Rosso SpA, fully subscribed and deposited, results to be represented by N. 14,449,000 ordinary shares of no par value.
