(Alliance News) - The following stocks are the best and worst performers on the Small-Cap Tuesday afternoon in Piazza Affari.

----------

FTSE SMALL CAP - WINNERS

----------

Bioera rises 5.4 percent. Last week, Golden Eagle Capital Advisors called for the conversion of three bonds. The conversion price is EUR0.384 per share, and GECA has the right to subscribe for 78,125 shares of Bioera, representing 2.4 percent of the latter's capital. In relation to the convertible bond cum warrant, 41 bonds remain to be converted.

----------

Gabetti Property Solutions gains 4.9 percent and extends yesterday's and last month's rise to 7.9 percent. In the last six months, however, the stock has lost 13% while, in the last year, it has dropped 42%.

----------

FTSE SMALL CAP - LOSERS

----------

Netweek gives up 4.8 percent, with shares holding at EUR0.04 each and remaining above the current low of just over 3 cents per share.

----------

ePrice falls 3.7 percent after a very negative day, with the stock filing down 5.3 percent, a figure that could favor an extension of the short-term bearish trend. The hypothesis of new declines would find confirmation below the low recorded yesterday of EUR0.0144.
