The Board is pleased to announce that the English name of the Company has been changed from "Future World Financial Holdings Limited" to "Future World Holdings Limited" and the Chinese name of the Company has been changed from "未來世界金融控股有限公司" to "未來世界控股有限公司". The logo of the Company has been changed to .

The stock short name of Shares for trading on the Stock Exchange will be changed from "FUTURE WORLD FH" to "FW HOLDINGS" in English and from "未來世界金融" to "未 來世界控股" in Chinese with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 11 August 2020. The stock code of the Company remains as "572".

The corporate website address of the Company will be changed from "fw-fh.com" to "fw-holdings.com" with effect from 11 August 2020.

Reference is made to the announcements of Future World Holdings Limited (formerly known as Future World Financial Holdings Limited) (the "Company") dated 11 May 2020 and the circular of the Company dated 28 May 2020 (the "Circular") in relation to, among other things, the proposed change of company name. Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Circular unless otherwise stated.

CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME AND LOGO

The Board is pleased to announce that the English name of the Company has been changed from "Future World Financial Holdings Limited" to "Future World Holdings Limited" and the Chinese name of the Company has been changed from "未來世界金融控股有限公司" to "未 來世界控股有限公司". The Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name of the Company was issued by the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands on 3 July 2020 and the Certificate of Registration of Alteration of Name of Registered Non-Hong Kong Company was issued by the Companies Registry in Hong Kong on 23 July 2020. The logo of the Company has been changed to .

CHANGE OF STOCK SHORT NAME

The stock short name of Shares for trading on the Stock Exchange will be changed from "FUTURE WORLD FH" to "FW HOLDINGS" in English and from "未來世界金融" to "未 來世界控股" in Chinese with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 11 August 2020. The stock code of the Company remains as "572".

EFFECTS OF THE CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME

The Change of Company Name will not affect the rights of any Shareholders. All existing share certificates of the Company in issue bearing the former names of the Company continue to be valid evidence of legal title to the shares of the Company and will continue to be valid for trading, settlement, registration and delivery purposes. Accordingly, there will not be any arrangement for the free exchange of the existing share certificates for new share certificates bearing the new name of the Company. New share certificates will be issued under the new name of the Company.
