Fuji Pharma Co., Ltd. (TSE:4554) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 7,320,600 shares, representing 23.47% of the outstanding shares for ¥10,000 million. The repurchases will be funded through bank loans.
The acquired shares will be canceled with some exceptions. The program will expire on February 10, 2021. As of September 30, 2020, the company had 31,185,421 shares outstanding and 68,379 shares in treasury.
