Payment of Base Fee Component of Management Fees By Way of Units in Frasers Centrepoint Trust

Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management Ltd. (the "Company"), as the Manager of Frasers Centrepoint Trust ("FCT"), wishes to announce that the Company has on 24 January 2017 received 738,767 units in FCT ("Units") issued at a price of S$1.8956 per Unit (the "Issue Price") as payment of 70% of the base fee component of its management fee for the period from 1 October 2016 to 31 December 2016 (both dates inclusive) (the "Relevant Period").

The payment of the Company's management fees in the form of Units is provided for in the trust deed constituting FCT dated 5 June 2006 (as amended). The Issue Price is the volume weighted average price of the Units traded on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the "SGX-ST") for the last ten business days of the Relevant Period.

With the above issue of Units, the Company holds an aggregate of 33,496,728 Units and the total numbers of Units in issue is 921,126,728.
