Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd ("F&NHB" or "Company") hereby announces that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Elsinburg Holdings Sdn Bhd ("Elsinburg") has on 30 April 2024 commenced member's voluntary winding up pursuant to Section 439(1) of the Companies Act, 2016 ("Winding Up"). In relation thereto, Mr. Lai Sou Wei of Polaris Corporate Solutions Sdn Bhd, Suite A-19- 3, The MET Corporate Towers @ KL Metropolis, No. 20, Jalan Dutamas 2, 50480 Kuala Lumpur has on the same day been appointed as the sole liquidator for Elsinburg.
Elsinburg was incorporated in Malaysia on 23 September 2004. The principal activity of Elsinburg was property development activities prior to engaging in investment holding. Elsinburg ceased property development and investment holding activities in 2011 and 2023 respectively, and remained dormant since then.
