Unless specified otherwise, the same accounting policies and methods of computation applied to the Group's financial statements for the previous financial year had been followed throughout this quarterly financial report.

Note b: Upon vesting of share awards, there will be a difference between total purchase price paid by SGP Trust to acquire the shares from the open market and the fair value of the share awards granted to employees of subsidiaries.
