Ford's sales in the Middle East surged 12% year on year in 2013 to 85,000 units. Lebanon was Ford's biggest-growing market in the region last year, with sales growth of 120% year on year. Lebanon was followed by Iraq, where the company's sales jumped 100% year on year. Other Middle Eastern countries where Ford has significant sales operations are Israel, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.

Ford plans to launch seven new products in the Middle East in 2014, followed by the introduction of 17 new and refreshed models between 2015 and 2016.
