On December 12, 2022, Focus Systems Corporation, the operator of"Beyond TheBook®," an SME logistics project management service, and TradeWaltz Inc., the operator of "TradeWaltz®," a trade information collaboration platform, launched the Beyond TheBook Premium Plan, a plan originally announced on July 26, 2022 that has made progress between the two companies and eventually connects Beyond TheBook to TradeWaltz.

The most salient feature of this plan is that it enables the use of TradeWaltz while maintaining the simple, easy-to-use UI of Beyond TheBook. It also enables trade information collaboration not only among logistics companies and shippers but also across industries.

The service is being offered initially to import businesses, but a major update is planned for around spring 2023 to expand availability to export businesses as well.

Beyond TheBook is primarily a service for logistics companies, but the plan also expands the target user base to include SME forwarders and SME shippers. In addition to forwarding, complex and cumbersome tasks required by shippers in trade can also be managed more simply, providing a dramatic improvement in the work of both parties.

TradeWaltz features available in the plan:

▶Shipper: TradeWaltz transaction creation and management, TradeWaltz project assignment, and more basic features

For SME shippers and forwarders who have traditionally had difficulty building business- critical systems, TradeWaltz is an easy-to-use subscription service for business-critical systems, expanding the use of digital technology in the burgeoning global trade market.
