Certified Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization (large enterprise category) for four years in succession!
Focus Systems Corporation (based in Shinagawa, Tokyo; President: Keiichi Mori) has been awarded 2023 certification as a Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization (large enterprise category) under the certification scheme operated by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and Nippon Kenko Kaigi (Japan Health Conference).
The certification scheme is designed to acknowledge and recognize outstanding examples of health and productivity management undertaken by private enterprise and other corporate entities in addressing local health issues and/or the health policies advocated by Japan Health Conference.
Focus Systems views employee health as a key organizational asset, and is actively committed to promoting the mental and physical health and wellbeing of all staff.
