First Northern Community Bancorp announced that it has appointed Cathleen Gorham as senior vice president/operations administrator. Gorham will be part of the bank's senior management team. Gorham, who has 34 years of experience in the financial services industry, has expertise in bank operations, branch administration, electronic banking, compliance, loan operations, and mortgage lending. Having joined First Northern Bank in 2017, Gorham has played a key role in developing the bank's operational efficiencies, fraud management, and product development. Gorham will continue to be responsible for the overall management of the company's Operations Division, which includes Operations Administration, Branch Operations, Business Support Services, the Client Solutions Center, Facilities Management and Bank Security. In addition to being a member of the bank's senior management team, Gorham will also be a member of the bank's Information Services Steering Committee, Compliance Committee, Deposit Product Pricing Committee and the Superior Service Committee.
