Finolex Cables Limited announced that Mr. Joel Raphael Samuel, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has resigned as a Director of the Company due to certain personal exigencies. The resignation has been accepted by the Board with effect from 14th August 2020. The status of Mr. Shishir Lall, Independent Director has changed to Non-executive Non Independent Director of the Company with effect from 14th August 2020.
