On February 10, 2012, Douglas Kelley, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Fentura Financial Inc. announced that he was resigning his position to pursue other interests. Mr. Kelley's last day with the company will be February 23, 2012.
Fentura Financial, Inc. is a financial services company. The Company operates through its subsidiary, the State Bank. The residential loan department offers construction, purchase and refinance residential mortgage loans. The wealth management department offers a full-service suite of trust and portfolio management services. It operates approximately 20 service branches serving Bay, Genesee, Ingham, Jackson, Livingston, Oakland, Saginaw, and Shiawassee counties.
