Fathom : Realty Extends Dallas/Fort Worth Leadership

As Fathom Realty continues high growth in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, new leaders have been promoted to guide and support our Agents throughout the area. Michael Creighton and Jeff Robertson have been appointed Regional Directors for the DFW market, and we are excited to welcome these skilled new members to the District Director Leadership Team. Dave Budny

Dave has served as a licensed REALTOR® for Fathom Realty since 2018. In addition, he brings an extensive background in sales development, spanning 21 years of direct sales and marketing experience across multiple industries.

Dave has been a top-performing agent for Fathom; however, his ambition has always been to teach and mentor other agents to reach their full potential. So when he started with the Company, Dave recruited a team of passionate agents and guided them in achieving their personal and financial goals, including being consistently in the top 10 in transactions and volume for their District every month.

"When other [team leaders] ask me why I pass along all of my referrals to my agents, my answer is simple: I trust my team with my business," shared Dave. "My goal as a District Director is completing my agents, not competing with them, so I measure my success by how well the team is thriving month over month, not by individual transactions."

Dave is an avid sports fan and a self-appointed grill master outside of his role at Fathom. He is the father of one, with another on the way, and his wife is a Lead Nuclear Medicine Technologist at UT Southwestern.

Shivonne Carolina

Shivonne is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Collin County Association of REALTORS®, and has met the Texas Real Estate Commission education/experience requirements for a Broker's title. Shivonne has been a Broker for more than ten years and offers her clients a selling and buying experience that spans from living on the east coast and now having deep southern roots. Working and living in Collin County allows her to serve North Dallas and surrounding areas. She provides buyers and sellers with expertise in marketing and negotiations in all types of real estate transactions.

Shivonne understands that a sale or purchase of a home will be her client's largest and most important transaction. Therefore, she tailors her customer's specific needs and concerns to fit their families. Shivonne enjoys helping others reach heights and dreams they thought were not possible. She uses continued education to stay aware of the real estate market's trends and new financing options available in each local area. As a result, clients usually are forever friends by the end of the transaction, creating lasting memories.

Charo Jefferson

Charo Jefferson has been a member of the Fathom family since 2017. She's been a team lead and currently a Fathom Mentor. She began her real estate career in 2002 and had extensive experience in new home sales as a senior sales representative and trainer. During her time in new home sales, she was a top sales performer, and she has also been a high producer with Fathom. She has a huge passion for real estate and selling homes, but the care she shows her clients has always been her first commitment.

Charo plans to serve each agent with great care and respect. She understands that there is no real growth without a servant's heart. And with that, Charo is ready to serve in her new role as a District Director.

Brandy Jett

Brandy is a Broker Associate with Fathom Realty and has her GRI, SFR, SRES, and is a TRLP graduate. She has also completed the NAR C2EX training. Brandy is a licensed TREC instructor and is the 2022 President-Elect for the Greater Lewisville Association of REALTORS®.

Brandy began her real estate career in 2009 and joined Fathom in 2014. She has been Mentor of the Year twice and loves to guide new agents launching their careers. In addition, she is eager to advise other Fathom agents or those within her community. She is committed to professionalism and knowledge and consistently delivers service with a smile.

Brandy was born and raised in the Denton/Lewisville area and graduated with a Business Administration degree from Texas Woman's University. She has two teenage children that keep her busy.

Sean Jones

Sean has been a Teacher and Coach in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for the past 14 years. Buying his first home in Frisco ignited Sean's interest in real estate. As a result, he launched the Three-Point Realty Group powered by Fathom Realty. Sean looks forward to serving the Tarrant County South region as the District Director.

His passion is meeting new people and helping clients find the right house to call home. His client dedication and passion for helping others motivate him the most. In addition, he possesses a relentless work ethic and exceptional listening skills.

Raised in Los Angeles by way of Midland, Texas, Sean graduated with his MBA from Lubbock Christian University. Sean is busy coaching, cooking, and traveling in his free time. As a long-time Frisco resident now residing in Grand Prairie, he has two wonderful sons and an amazing daughter.

He is honored to serve the Dallas/Fort Worth community and is genuinely committed to providing the best service possible to his agents and clients.

Bonnie Loyd

Bonnie has always been an entrepreneur at heart and strives to be a positive force in people's lives. These two characteristics have helped her gain leadership roles in her real estate career. Bonnie earned both her ABR and SRES certifications. In 2018, she started her journey as a Mentor and enjoys working with new agents and clients. She is committed to being knowledgeable, professional, and always available for her clients and fellow agents throughout every phase of the transaction.

Bonnie has lived in Central Texas for 20 years; however, she is native to North Texas and moved back in 2016 to be closer to family. She lives on the family farm in Collin County with her husband and has two adult sons.

Farlene Powell

A Texas native, Farlene has a deep love for her home state. She was born in Houston but grew up in several cities throughout the Dallas area. Living in so many places has given this Texas girl a broad knowledge of the DFW Metroplex as well as a clear understanding of what each city has to offer her clients.

A woman with a Texas-sized heart and a genuine love for people, it was her passion for all things real estate that led her into a career as an agent. As the go-to girl for design, Farlene brings her expertise into each listing to help them sell for top dollar, treating each house as if it was her own with top-notch staging and photography. Her attention to detail and tenacious attitude, paired with her professionalism, are just a few of the qualities contributing to her successful referral-based business.
