Ya Tung Department Store Ltd. announced that it will issue 50,000,000 shares at a price of NTD 10 per share for gross proceeds of NTD 500,000,000 on November 10, 2022. The transaction included participation from returning investor Far Eastern Department Stores, Ltd. The transaction is approved by board of directors of the company.
