May 12, 2015: Board of Directors' Meeting of EXOR S.p.A. for the approval

of the interim financial statements at March 31, 2015

May 29, 2015: Annual General Stockholders' Meeting of EXOR S.p.A. for the approval of the separate financial statements at December 31, 2014.

August 28, 2015: Board of Directors' Meeting of EXOR S.p.A. for the

approval of the first-half report at June 30, 2015

November 10, 2015: Board of Directors' Meeting of EXOR S.p.A. for the approval of the interim financial statements at September 30, 2015
