JF Financial Industry's No. 1 Corporation signed a stock trading agreement to acquire 16.09% stake in Liveplex Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A050120) from Byeongjin Kim for KRW 42.7 billion on July 10, 2020. As reported, Byeongjin Kim transferred 13.4 million shares in Liveplex Co.,Ltd. at a price of KRW 3,184 per share. The purchase price will be paid as KRW 8.5 billion on contract date, first balance of KRW 22.4 billion to be paid on July 17, 2020 and second balance of KRW 11.7 billion to be paid on July 29, 2020. Following the sale, Byeongjin Kim will hold no stake in Liveplex Co.,Ltd. The transaction is expected to close on July 17, 2020.
